NSC | How to create a report will show the difference between Planned Hours and Actual Hours?
Scenario:
A user needs a report that shows the difference between Planned Hours and Actual Hours to track Project, user also wants to have the percentage of the Actual Hour to the Planned Hour. This will allow them track the variance between planned and actual hours which is crucial for evaluating the hours logged in a project record.
User wants to use Planned Utilization by Resource report - which displays the planned time of each resource per Project
Solution:
1.) Navigate to Reports > Time & Billables > Planned Utilization by Resource
2.) Click Customize
3.) Go to Edit Columns and remove the columns:
