NSC | Dashboard > SuiteApprovals > Journal Entries for Approval

in Accounting / ERP

The ability to add the Journal Entries that are subject for Approval using SuiteApprovals in the dashboard is currently an enhancement. This is documented in Enhancement. As a workaround, the user can create a Saved Search and set up the Custom Search on the Dashboard. Here's how:

(A) Create the Saved Search first:

  1. Go to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
  2. Set the following fields on the Criteria tab

You can customize it according to your needs. In this scenario, I only need Journals that are Pending Approval in the month of May 2024
