NSC | Create a Project Task Saved Search and highlight Tasks with Memos
Scenario:
User add Memos to their project tasks, these usually contain crucial information such as task updates, client feedback, or technical note. They want to create a Saved Search to identify tasks with memos, the project manager can quickly pinpoint areas where additional information or clarification is provided.
Solution:
1.) Navigate to List > Search > Saved Searches
2.) Select Project Tasks
3.) Under the Results tab and add the following:
Summary Type: Group
ID
Name
Project
Note
4.) Go to Highlighting tab > Highlight If (Summary):
Add the condition:
Summary Type: Maximum
Field: Notes
Description: Not Empty
Assign a background color
5.) Rename the Search
6.) Save and Run
