NSC | How to create a Saved Search for items available for a particular subsidiary
Scenario
A user wants to create an item Saved Search in NetSuite for a specific subsidiary within their multinational company to review the available items for that particular subsidiary. This will help them track the products or services purchased or sold that are available for the subsidiary which also includes shared and exclusive.
Solution
1.) Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2.) Select Item
3.) In the Criteria tab, set Subsidiary and select one
4.) Go to Available Filters and also add the Subsidiary field
Click Show in Filter Region (This will allow users of the search to easily filter the subsidiary in the results)
