NSC | How to create a Project Charge Saved Search with Invoices?
SCENARIO
User is tasked with determining project charges that have corresponding invoices in their instance. They need to create a Saved Search that links project charges to invoices, allowing them to identify which charges have already been invoiced. Creating a transaction with charges is currently not possible so they opted to created
SOLUTION
1.) Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2.) Select Charge
3.) Under the Criteria tab and you can filter those charges with an Invoice:
Invoice Fields...Document Number not empty
4.) In the Results tab, add the following fields:
Invoice fields…Document Number
Invoice fields…Invoice Number
5.) Rename Search
6.) Save and Run
