NSC | Inventory Worksheet > Item (Uses Bin = T) > Put Zero Quantity
Scenario
The user wants to know how to enter a zero quantity for an item that uses bins in the Inventory Worksheet.
Solution
Users may think this is not possible because bin details are mandatory for items that use bins, and with a zero quantity, there would be no bin details to enter.
However, you shouldn't have any problem setting the stock quantity to zero for an item that uses bins. Simply enter zero in the New Quantity field and SAVE.
The bin numbers will automatically reflect zero in the item record, so there is no need to fill out the Inventory Details in the Inventory Worksheet.
