NSC | Cannot Access the Analytics tab

Scenario

User cannot access Analytics tab.

Solution

This does not happen exclusively in the Analytics tab; there are times when tabs in the NetSuite UI can be sticky. This can be due to a number of reasons, but the most commonly reported cause is a caching issue. If you have already cleared the cache and are still experiencing this issue, you can try the following steps (assuming you are using Google Chrome):

  • Check if you have any ad blockers enabled on your Chrome browser.
  • Reset or reinstall the browser.
