As of NetSuite 2024.2, for CSV or REST Transfer Order creation you must enter quantity higher than 0 in the transfer order Quantity field. If you leave this field empty or enter 0, CSV or REST creation will fail.
Prior to this change, when you entered 0 or left the quantity field empty, the system automatically changed the quantity to 1 and creation of such transfer order was successful.
