NSC | Match Bank Data > Cannot Add Charge
Scenario:
The user keeps encountering the error message: "Please enter value(s) for: Location" whenever a charge is added to the Match Bank Data page although the Location field is not set as Mandatory; the error persists regardless of whether it's filled or left empty. The user have diligently followed the instructions outlined in answer ID 104048, yet the issue remains unresolved.
Solution:
1. Navigate to Transactions > Bank > Use Credit Card
2. Click Customize link then click Customize Form
3. Click Screen Fields
4. Click Main
5. Uncheck checkbox under Show Column for Location
6. Click Save
