NSC | Is it possble to change a value on an existing Memorized Transaction?
Scenario:
The user would like to edit the Amount on a Memorized Transaction.
Solution:
- Go to Transactions > Management > Enter Memorized Transactions > List.
- Click "Enter" next to the Memorized Transaction.
- Make the necessary adjustments.
- Hover the mouse over "Actions" and then "Memorize." Note: A pop-up will appear stating, "You have already memorized this transaction."
- Click "OK" to create another memorized transaction or "Cancel" to update the existing memorized transaction.
Notes:
If the field you wish to modify in the memorized transaction is not available to be edited on the page, you'll need to generate a new original transaction and then memorize it. Certain fields that are visible on the Memorized Transactions page at Transactions > Management > Enter Memorized Transactions > List might not be visible when you edit the transaction. For instance, while the transaction amount is displayed on the Memorized Transactions page, it might not appear during the editing process. Fields of this nature can be edited on the original transaction.
