NSC | NetSuite2.com: Unable to Access Location-Related Tables
Some users find that their ODBC connection does not have state, province, and country tables listed and encounter the error: Base table: state not found.
To resolve this, the permission named “Set Up Company” must be added to the integration role being used. This can be done by following these steps:
- Go to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
- Open the integration role in Edit Mode
- Under the Permissions subtab, go to Setup > Add Set Up Company and set its Level to at least View.
After this, you can reconnect your ODBC/JDBC Integration to apply the changes and rerun your query.
