Action Required: Set Manual Updates for the SuitePeople Workforce Management Time Clock and Mobile

This notice applies to SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customers who uses one or both the SuitePeople WFM mobile app and SuitePeople Time Clock app.

The WFM mobile app and Time Clock app will receive security improvement upgrades. To record any time punches that may have been captured when a user’s device was offline, you must perform the required actions. This will completely sync employee time with WFM servers.

What is Changing?

Updates will introduce security improvements to each mobile app and will occur on:

  • June 12th, 2024, Thursday, 10:00 a.m. AEST (UTC +10) for Australia
  • June 11th, 2024, Wednesday, 4:00 p.m. PDT (UTC -7) for North America.
