Saved Search to Project Resources when Project Status change
Hi Community
On a project you can assign Project Resources. Now when the status changes from In Progress to On Hold we want that the NetSuite sents an email to all the project resources.
I created a saved search that registers all projcect of with Status = 'ON HOLD'
On Results tab I have:
Recipients from Result
So when an project is set to 'On Hold' all project resources will receive an email. But no email is being sent (I am trying in Sandbox).
In Sandbox I have set below to send emails to my inbox:
