Required Change to SCM Mobile App Login URLs
This notice applies to customers who use any of the following mobile apps supported by SCM Mobile:
- NetSuite WMS
- NetSuite Ship Central
- Manufacturing Mobile
- Smart Count
When Will the Changes Occur?
Your scheduled upgrade to NetSuite 2024.2 will include a required change to the login URLs used to access SCM Mobile apps.
What is Changing?
Due to an update to the parameters used across NetSuite URLs, the current login URLs for SCM Mobile apps can no longer be used. In NetSuite 2024.2, your new login URL will be available when you go to Setup > Custom > Mobile - Login URL.
