Error when customer replying email
Hi,
We haven change any settings the way we send email trough Netsuite and we have been working this way for 5 years already and never have an issue until this pass Monday Aug-12.
This is the issue:
Some customers, really a few are receiving a bounce back email.

The response from the remote server was:
550 5.7.1 relaying denied
A coworker who reported the issue and I make a couple test, and he got the error and my email went ok. He tried again and worked.
