Sandbox access after refresh

in SuiteCloud / Customization 6 comments

User has several roles, but NetSuite will only allow 1 of the roles to be used. If he tries to login using one of the other roles he gets the error, "Login access has been disabled for this role". I've checked to see if that role was inactive and it is not. Has anyone run into this before? thanks
