SuiteCommerce Analytics Data E-fix for Duplicated Log Data

This notice applies to customers who use the NetSuite SuiteCommerce Analytics Data feature.

SuiteCommerce Analytics Data uses cookies to capture detailed information about shopper behavior during visits to your SuiteCommerce web store. Behavioral data is historical, not real time, and is updated daily.

What is Changing?

A review of our data logging process found errors that caused some data to incorrectly get logged multiple times. To correct this issue, we’ll begin rolling out an e-fix on October 4, 2024 that adds a "data deduplication" filter to the feature.

After the e-fix is deployed, the filter will:

  • Review all inbound records to prevent importing duplicate data
