Upcoming Changes to CSV Import for Work Orders
This notice applies to customers who have previously created, updated, or deleted work orders using the CSV import feature.
What is Changing?
Effective October 10, 2024, only multiline templates for CSV imports can be used for the following work order sublists:
• Work Order - Items
• Work Order - Items - Inventory Detail
Previously, these sublists could only be imported using the multicolumn format. After the release, using the multicolumn format to import these sublists will no longer work.
Recommended Actions
To minimize the impact on your business, we encourage you to prepare CSV import templates that follow the new data structure. Update your existing templates for importing Work Order Items and Work Order Items Inventory Detail data using the multiline format by October 10, 2024.
