Urgent Reminder: Switch to the New SuitePeople Workforce Management SuiteApp

This notice applies to SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customers who you may be using the following Adi Insights SuiteApps to access WFM through single sign-on:

  • Adi Insights (Bundle ID: 317115)
  • Adi Insights – Embedded (Bundle ID: 401708)

What is Changing?

As of NetSuite 2025.1, the Outbound Single Sign-on (SuiteSignOn) feature used with the Adi Insights SuiteApps will no longer be supported on production accounts. For more information, see Outbound Single Sign-on (SuiteSignOn) End of Support Targeted for NetSuite 2025.1. As a result, you can no longer use Adi Insights SuiteApps to access SuitePeople WFM features in NetSuite and should switch to the new SuitePeople WFM SuiteApp from the SuiteApp Marketplace.
