New to NetSuite | Unexpected error when adding an entity in a group.
A Group consists of employees, contacts, customers, partners, or vendors. You can create groups to efficiently communicate with a specific set of individuals. This article explains the cause of the error encountered when attempting to add an entity to a group. The error typically occurs because the group has reached its member limit.
It's important to know that Groups have a set limit of 10,000 members as a maximum. This means that once a group reaches this number, you won't be able to add any more entities to it. If you are trying to add an entity to a group and receive this error, it's an indication that the group is already full and no further additions can be made.
