Why does setting the department, class or location on a customer deposit or payment not work?
Hi
I have a workflow which sources the a department, class and location value from a customer record (these are custom fields) and uses this to the set the value on any transactions created for the customer.
This works correctly on a sales order or invoice transaction.
However, if I deploy this workflow to a customer payment transaction or customer deposit, it does nothing.
it is a single state workflow which triggers on all events (view, update and create) and has no conditions.
