NetSuite Text Enhance Expansion to Japan
This notice applies to NetSuite accounts based in Japan.
What is Changing?
NetSuite plans to automatically enable the Text Enhance generative artificial intelligence (AI) capability for accounts based in Japan as of January 24, 2025.
Recommended Actions
No action is needed if you want the Text Enhance generative AI capability available for your NetSuite account. If you do not want Text Enhance enabled for your NetSuite account, you must disable the Text Enhance capability from the AI Preferences page. Text Enhance can be disabled by a user who has the Administrator role or the Setup Company permission. The AI Preferences page will be available after Text Enhance is enabled for your NetSuite account on January 24, 2025.To disable Text Enhance for your account:
