New to NetSuite | Data Management Scheduled Batch Jobs Stopped Working

As announced in the September 2024 Oracle EPM Update, the old scheduling functionality in Data Management has been deprecated and replaced by the EPM Platform Job Scheduler console. This change has caused all scheduled batch jobs in Data Management to stop functioning.

To address this issue, an NSPB Service Administrator is required to either migrate the existing batch jobs or reschedule them using the EPM Platform Job Scheduler console, depending on the organization’s needs and the number of affected jobs.

Scheduling a Batch Job

Rescheduling the batch job is recommended if there are only one or two batch jobs to be rescheduled. The following steps outline the process for creating a new schedule for batch jobs:
