Support of Non-Secure Website Domains Ending

This notice is intended for customers where one or more of your configured website domains is not secured by an SSL certificate. To ensure the security of your website and trust with visitors to your website, you will need to convert to a secure domain.

What is Changing?

Starting April 2, 2025, support will stop for all non-secure domains, and traffic to those domains will be blocked. The types of domains affected include:

  • Web Store Only
  • Checkout Only
  • Single Domain for Web Store and Checkout
  • Hosted Web Page
  • Redirect URL
  • Promotional URL
  • Email Campaign

Note: Maintenance domains are not affected by this change and will be handled separately. For a properly configured secure domain, requests for the non-secure domain (beginning with
