Changes to UPS OAuth Authentication for Shipping

This notice is intended for NetSuite accounts using UPS direct integrations. Starting in August 2024, UPS recommended customers change from their existing authentication mechanism to an OAuth 2.0 approach. As a result, a modification was necessary within NetSuite to maintain continuous operability of the shipping feature. All NetSuite customers using the UPS direct integration (not through Ship Central) must enable the OAuth mechanism. When your account is upgraded to NetSuite 2025.2 in September or October 2025, the legacy authentication mechanism will no longer be supported.
