Breaking Changes in CMS Custom Records

edited Jan 23, 2025 7:39PM in Announcements

This notice is intended for customers who are using an older version of SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA). Recent changes caused CMS Page Type website records to not display in some commerce websites.

What is Changing?

All CMS Page Type custom record scripts are now lazy loaded, which means that all CMS page settings are lazy loaded. The SuiteCommerce Configuration setting, CMS Page Lazy Load, was found under the Integrations tab and the Site Management Tools subtab. The setting let you control which CMS Page settings were lazy loaded. Because all CMS Page settings are now lazy loaded, the CMS Page Lazy Load configuration setting is no longer required and has been removed. This change applies to the SuiteCommerce Configuration record for SuiteCommerce and SCA versions 2024.1.2 and later.

Regards,

@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
