Upcoming Availability of Pre-configured Wage Agreements for the General Retail Industry Award

This notice applies to the following:

  • You are a SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customer.
  • You may be managing employees whose work are covered by the General Retail Industry Award [MA000004] in Australia.
  • Current implementation in your account lets you access preconfigured wage agreements for industry awards.

What is Changing?

Starting February 3, 2025, Oracle will provide the option for WFM users to use two new preconfigured wage agreements. These agreements will cover typically used variations of the General Retail Industry Award [MA000004], or the Award, in Australia. The following are the new preconfigured wage agreements that will apply the specifications and coverage of the Award for the indicated sectors:
