Please note that on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific Time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Discontinuation of Multiple NetSuite Domain Types
This notice is intended for customers who have the SuiteCommerce module enabled in your NetSuite account, and one or more of your domains could soon be shut down due to its formatting. This change will ensure that all sites remain secure and efficient to maintain.
What is Changing?
Starting April 2, 2025, NetSuite will shut down domains that have the following URL formats (where <accountID> represents your account ID):
- <accountID>.shop.netsuite.com
- <accountID>.secure.netsuite.com (also referred to as a default secure checkout domain)
Required Actions
Before April 2, 2025, you must do the following:
