Deletion of Custom GL Line Audit Logs Older than One Year
This notice is to inform you that NetSuite is changing how and what custom GL Impact audit log data is stored.
What is changing?
Effective February 13, the Custom GL Lines Audit Log will only store the following:
- Data that is less than a year old
- Audit logs with the last custom GL plugin run for all existing transactions
- Audit logs linked to existing GL impact lines
Any custom GL Impact audit log older than a year and not the last run of the custom GL plugin for any existing transaction will be deleted.
Recommended actions
No action is needed, as we’re only removing old logs which aren’t related to any GL impact data. However, if you would like to back up older logs for some transactions, you can follow one of the following procedures: To back up your logs using Analytics:
