Required Action: Correction of DNS Verification Records
This notice applies to customers who have at least one deployed commerce domain with a missing or misconfigured DNS verification record. Adding or correcting the DNS verification record ensures that your certificates are issued or renewed without any problems. If your DNS verification record is not set up correctly by July 15, 2025, you may encounter problems with your certificates.
What is Changing?
Previously, the system displayed a warning on any domain record that did not have the DNS verification record set up correctly. Also, it was not possible to create a new domain record, or to edit it, without the correct DNS verification record. However, the deployed domain worked properly even when the warning was displayed. As of July 15, 2025, the domain may no longer work properly without the correct DNS verification record setup.
