Potential Issue: Shopify Orders with Missing Tax Details
This notice applies to all active users of the NetSuite Connector’s Shopify Connector.
An issue that can impact your Shopify order data occurred on February 12, 2025, between 14:44 and 19:13 UTC. During the mentioned timeframe, some Shopify orders that included taxes may have been posted to NetSuite without the tax details.
Required Actions
We are working on resolving this issue. In the meantime, to ensure accuracy of your Shopify orders in NetSuite use the following procedure:
- In NetSuite Connector, identify the orders placed on February 12, 2025, between 14:44 and 19:13 UTC.
- In NetSuite, check if the orders have the correct tax details. If not, manually update the orders to have the correct tax details.
