Action Required - Changes in Product Reviews and Product List Bundles Permissions Level

This notice applies to customers who are using a version of SuiteCommerce, SuiteCommerce Advanced, or Reference in combination with either Reference Product List or Reference Product Reviews, or both.

What is Changing?

Currently both the Product Reviews and Product List bundles have custom records with permissions that need to be changed to provide a higher level of security. To achieve this, we will introduce two new roles to execute the services and we will lower the access level for the custom records contained in the bundles. This change was planned for February 18, 2025, but we have extended the deadline to March 18, 2025.
