Incorrect Exchange Rates

This notification applies to customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.

What Has Changed

Due to an issue with Xignite, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for one or both of the following currency pairs. Please review the correct exchange rates in the tables below, organized by currency pairs, time zones, and affected dates.

  • US dollar (USD) to Brazilian real (BRL)
  • Brazilian real (BRL) to US dollar (USD)

After reviewing the exchange rate data in the appropriate tables, perform the recommended actions.
