Changes to Single Page Application Audience Fields

This notification is to inform you of upcoming changes to how audience roles are defined for Single Page Applications (SPAs).

What is Changing?

For NetSuite 2025.1 accounts, starting March 13, 2025, you will no longer be able to deploy SPAs to both internal and external roles through either of the following actions:

  • Checking the All Roles box in the Audience Setup window in the UI, or
  • Setting the audienceallroles field to T in the singlepageapp SDF custom object.

The update will include the following changes:

  • In the Audience Setup window of the SPA configuration page:
    • Audience roles will be shown in two separate multiselect fields:
