Action Required: Test Migrated Mappings for Amazon Listings API

This notice is intended for customers who are using Amazon flat file templates and legacy Price Quantity sync in NetSuite Connector.

What is Changing?

With Amazon transitioning to the new Listings API, your Price Quantity Sync mappings need to be updated to comply with Amazon’s latest listing requirements. We are migrating existing mappings to the new Amazon Listings API. Beginning April 1st, 2025, the updated mappings will be available for testing and validation. All customers will be migrated to the new API on April 15, 2025. The flat file method will continue to be available until June 30, 2025. During the migration process, you may notice a new Amazon product mapping category. Some mappings for AmazonListingsPriceQty may also be added in line with your previous mappings. This category and mappings will only take effect after you are fully migrated to the new API. This change also introduces a new button,
