Error trying to import new items to an existing sales order
When attempting to add some new lines to an existing sales order, I get the following error "Ambiguity error on logical key multi-match". The item is the same on multiple lines so I understand why I got this particular error.
Based on other threads I've found here, I tried adding a Line ID to differentiate. I then got this error "The record has been deleted since you retrieved it". The solutions for that seem to contradict using a line ID.
Any advice would be greatly appreciate.
