Incorrect Exchange Rates

This notice applies to customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from HSBC, one of our data providers.

What Has Changed

Due to an issue with HSBC, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for one or both of the following currency pairs on one or more dates between December 2, 2024, and February 4, 2025 (inclusive):

  • US Dollar (USD) to Argentine peso (ARS)
  • Argentine peso (ARS) to US Dollar (USD)

Recommended Actions

To ensure accuracy, we suggest that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account. You should review processes involving exchange rates between December 2, 2024, and February 4, 2025 (inclusive), including the following:
