Final Reminder: Workforce Management Migration to OCI and Downtime Schedule

This notice applies to SuitePeople Workforce Management (WFM) customers.

Oracle NetSuite will migrate WFM data to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This migration introduces WFM to the benefits of the next generation of NetSuite service delivery.

Some downtime will be required while this migration is in progress. In addition, you will have to perform required tasks before, during, and after the migration.


What is Changing?


The following chart shows the schedule and time conversion for the WFM OCI migration and downtime.

While the migration is in progress:


• You will be unable to access your account using the WFM SuiteApp and the stand-alone website see.adiinsights.com.
