Incorrect Exchange Rates

This notice is intended for customers who have the Currency Exchange Rate Integration feature enabled in your NetSuite account, and you have configured your account to receive exchange rates from Xignite, one of our data providers.

What Has Changed


Due to an issue with Xignite, your NetSuite account received incorrect exchange rates for one or more Chinese Yuan (CNY) currency pairs on March 28, 2025.

Recommended Actions


To ensure accuracy, we suggest that you review exchange rate-related processes in your NetSuite account. You should review processes involving exchange rates on March 28, 2025, including the following:
• Transactions that involve Chinese Yuan (CNY) currency exchange rates
