NSC | Purchase Order > Inventory Detail > Lot Auto Numbering popup not appearing
Scenario:
The user has the Lot Auto Numbering SuiteApp installed in their NetSuite account, but the Lot Auto Numbering popup does not appear in the Inventory Detail window of a Purchase Order. Despite following the setup steps outlined in SuiteAnswers ID 100720 and SuiteAnswers ID 100706, the issue still persists.
Solution:
If the Lot Inventory Detail popup isn't showing when opening the Inventory Detail window, it's likely that the required script file (ALN_InventoryDetails_CC_main.js) is not correctly attached to the Custom Inventory Detail Form. Re-attaching this script can resolve the issue.
