Displaying item units on shipping confirmation email templates is important for clarity, transparency, and customer satisfaction. Including item units in shipping confirmation email templates is a best practice that contributes to a seamless customer experience, improves communication, and reduces potential issues related to order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Note: This is from an existing transaction email template.

  1. Navigate to Documents > Templates > Email Templates.
  2. Locate and edit your email template and use ${item.unitsdisplay}.
