Reload Data to NetSuite Analytics Warehouse after Removing Personal Information

This notice is intended for customers who have both the Personal Information Removal and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse features enabled in your account.

What is changing?

Previously, when you removed personal information from your fields and records in NetSuite, you could not remove this information from the Analytics Warehouse. In 2025.1, a new capability that enables you to reload your data has been introduced in the Analytics Warehouse. To ensure the security and integrity of your data, whenever you remove personal information from your NetSuite account, you must also reload your data to the Analytics Warehouse.The new reload capability is necessary to ensure that personal information is removed from both your NetSuite account and the Analytics Warehouse.
