NSC | How to Hide or Remove the Total Row in Saved Search Results
Scenario:
The user wants to hide or remove the “Total” row that appears at the bottom of a saved search, particularly when using summary-type results (e.g., Sum, Average). This is often requested to avoid confusion or for formatting/export purposes.
Solution:
As of now, NetSuite does not offer a native feature to hide the Total row in Saved Search results. This limitation applies especially when using summary types like AVG, SUM, COUNT, etc.
This is currently an enhancement logged under: Enhancement #161332 — Ability to hide the Total row in Saved Search results.
