Action Required: Test Migrated Mappings for Amazon Listings API

This notice applies to customers who are using Amazon flat file templates and legacy Product sync in NetSuite Connector.

What is Changing?

You have previously received communication that Oracle NetSuite is migrating from Amazon's flat file templates to the new Amazon Listings API. To support this, we created mappings for your existing products under the new AmazonListings category to ensure compatibility with Amazon's latest requirements.

To facilitate a smooth transition, we are introducing a testing period from May 12, 2025 to May 22, 2025, where you can validate your migrated mappings and report any issues before the wider release.During this testing period, you will see two new buttons in your product options:
