NSC | Attachment Preview Not Rendering in NetSuite using Microsoft Edge
A situation may occur where file attachments in NetSuite do not display in the preview pop-up window. No error message is shown, but the preview fails to load. Despite this, the same file can still be downloaded and viewed locally without issue.
Given that the user has already cleared the browser’s cookies and cache, but the issue persists, please follow the steps below to enable PDF viewing in Microsoft Edge.
- Click on the "Settings and More" icon. ...
- Click on Settings.
- Navigate to the Cookies and site permissions area.
- Under Site Permissions, go to the "All Permissions" area and click on PDF Documents.
