NSC | Saved Search: Sales Orders with Only Specific Items
Scenario:
The user wants to generate a saved search that will return only Sales Orders containing exactly two specific items—Item A and Item B—and no other items. For example:
Include
- Sales Order #1
- Item A
- Item B
Exclude
- Sales Order #2
- Item A
- Item B
- Item C
Even though SO #2 includes both Item A and B, it should be excluded because of the presence of an extra item (Item C).
Solution:
To filter Sales Orders with only Item A and Item B (and no others), you can use a Transaction Saved Search with formula filters. Below are the steps to configure the search:
