NSC | Specific GL Account Saved Search

Scenario

User wants to create a transaction saved search specific to a GL account.

Solution

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
  2. Click Transaction
  3. Re-name the Search Title
  4. Click Criteria
    1. Add Filter: Select Type
    2. Description: is Item Receipt
    3. Click Set
    4. Add Filter: Select Account 
    5. Account: Select any of
    6. Account: Select required Account (14010)
    7. Click Set
  5. Click Results
    1. Click Remove All
    2. Field: Select Date
    3. Field: Select Document Number
    4. Field: Select Item
  6. Click Save and Run

The above saved search should provide all Item Receipts which impacted the specific account needed and the results column will provide the Items associated to the Item Receipts.
