NSC | Send an Email Alert when Credit Limit or Credit Hold value changes
Scenario
The user wanted to create a Saved Search that would send an Email Alert whenever the Credit Limit or Credit Hold field values were changed. They followed the solution in SuiteAnswer article 62096: "Saved Search > Change in Credit Limit and Credit Hold Status of Customer > Email Alert." However, the report triggers the alert whenever any change is made to the Customer record, not just changes to the Credit Limit or Credit Hold fields.
Solution
When "Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated" is checked, it is standard behavior for an email alert to be sent whenever a new record is created or
