A specific user is unable to attach file/s in any NetSuite record > Communication tab > Messages subtab > Email > Attachments and receive an error message: 'You Do Not Have Permission to Perform This Operation.'

Resolving File Access Issues in NetSuite:
If a user is unable to attach files in NetSuite emails due to access restrictions, follow these steps:
- Check File Cabinet Folder Permissions:
- Verify if the user lacks access to the specific folder within the File Cabinet where the required files are saved. Ensure that the default folder permissions are not set to restrict the user's access.
