When a new employee is granted access to NetSuite, an automated email notification is sent. This message is typically received by the employee and includes important details such as a welcome message and their access credentials.
The request to change the email template suggests a desire to make this communication more engaging, informative, and aligned with your company's culture.
I. Below are the steps on how to customize the system email template:
- Navigate to Setup > Company > System Email Template.
- Expand Filters.
- Select Access.
- Click Customize beside the Standard User Access Email.
- You can start customizing the template and save it after.
